In all seriousness, according to Harvard Health, saying what you’re grateful for can help boost your mood and make you feel happier. The study was conducted by two scientists who asked participants to write down thoughts of gratitude every week — and after 10 weeks, these participants reported that they felt happier and better overall.

So, in the spirit of science and gratitude, we bring to you the gratitude list daily schedule template.

There’s no doubt that times can be tough and it can be even tougher to maintain optimism or feel happy when there’s so much going on that can make you feel otherwise. But, writing down what you feel grateful for you, you can start to nurture happiness and see a light at the end of the tunnel. With the daily schedule template, we make it easy for you (and your family, friends, coworkers or students) to get started — all you have to do is print the document or share it digitally, and then start filling out the fields! See, it’s simple.
